CANCELLATION POLICY

En Palumba Boats, we understand that unforeseen events may arise that force you to modify your plans. Below we detail our cancellation policy:

 

Cancellation Period:

To cancel a reservation no penalty, it is necessary to do it with at least one month in advance to the scheduled ship date.

If cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice, a penalty of 20% of the total amount will be applied.

 

Penalty for Late Cancellation:

If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the amount will be retained. 20% of total of the amount paid. This amount will not be refundable.

The boat owner/operator has the final authority to decide on any exceptions to this penalty.

 

Full Refunds:

will be returned 100% of the amount paid only in the following circumstances:

Meteorological conditions that prevent sailing, as determined by the boat owner based on official weather reports.

Personal or immediate family medical problems that make boarding impossible. To access a full refund, you must justify the cancellation with the corresponding medical documentation.

 

Required documentation:

To obtain a full refund for medical reasons, supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate or hospital report, must be sent to our customer service team.
