Terms and Conditions for Reservation
1. Payment
reserves They will only become effective once the first payment of 50% is received.. Any other amount pending payment must be paid on the day of shipment.
2. Safe
The boats include accident insurance, the policy is available on board.
3 Duration
The rental period will be 8 hours, starting at 10:00 and return maximum at 21:00 p.m. (July and August) and 20:00 p.m. other months. If you spend the night on board, consult the specific conditions of the reservation.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellations made with more than 1 month in advance of boarding will have the 100% refund of the amount paid.
- No show: Penalty of total for rent.
- Meteorological conditions: The company reserves the right to cancel the reservation if it considers that the weather conditions make safe navigation impossible. Bad weather is considered to be heavy rain, waves and winds of force 7 or higher (that is, between 28 and 33 knots of wind), in which recreational sailing is not recommended.
5. Impossibility of Delivery of the Vessel
If, due to breakdowns or any cause beyond the control of the lessor, occurring prior to the start of the lease, it is not possible to deliver the leased vessel, an attempt will be made to deliver a vessel with the same or similar characteristics. If this is not possible, you will be given a lower category boat (with the consequent refund of the proportional difference in the price) or it will be returned the full price paid up to that point.
